"ASSISTANCE ON WHEELS,INC INTRODUCE TO US,MY HUSBAND AND I BY A FRIEND OF MY HUSBAND WHO HAD ALSO OBTAIN HIS AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS GREEN CARD WITH THE AID OF MRS JILLIAN BRABHAM .
WELL I THINK MY CASE WAS THE MOST CONFUSING CASE THAT SHE HAS EVER DEALT WITH IN HERE ENTIRE CAREER BUT BEING THE PROFESSIONAL SHE IS, SHE NEVER ONCE GAVE UP...IT ALL STARTED IN JULY OF 2008. MS BRABHAM CAME TO OUR HOME TO DO OUR APPLICATION FOR MY GREEN CARD. SHE COMPLETED ALL MY APPLICATIONS AND THEY WERE SUBMITTED IN AUGUST OF THE SAME YEAR(2008) .I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM IMMIGRATION STATING THAT MY APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED TWO WEEKS AFTER . I WAS SENT TO DO MY BIOMETRICS HOWEVER IT HAPPEN THAT MY HUSBAND AND I HAD RELOCATED IN SEPTEMBER OF THE SAME YEAR AFTER DOING THE BIOMETRICS.WE DID A CHANGED OF ADDRESS HOWEVER OVER THE PERIOD OUR MAILS WAS STILL GOING TO THE THE PREVIOUS ADDRESS. WE NEVER RECEIVE ANY MAILS AT OUR NEW ADDRESS EVEN THOUGH A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM WAS DONE AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS WERE MADE TO IMMIGRATION REGARDING OUR CHANGE OF ADDRESS.
SO IN EARLY 2009 WE RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM IMMIGRATION AT MY CURRENT ADDRESS TELLING US THAT MY APPLICATION WAS DENIED! I WAS SHOCKED, NERVOUS AND CONFUSED. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WENT BY MS BRABHAM'S OFFICE, THERE SHE CALLED UP IMMIGRATION, THAT IS WHEN WE LEARNT THEY HAD SENT SEVERAL NOTICE TO US AND WE NEVER GOT ANY OF THESE LETTERS.. SO THE CASE WAS DENIED!! JILLIAN THEN TURNED TO ME AND SAID,"KAY YOU NEED TO REAPPLY BEFORE U ARE SENT A DEPORTATION NOTICE".WHEN I HEARD THIS I SAID, OK JILLIAN GO AHEAD. SHE DID MY APPLICATIONS THE FOLLOWING DAY, IN MARCH OF 2009. I GOT MY WORK AUTORIZATION IN APRIL 2009. THEN I GOT MY INTERVIEW NOTICE FOR AUGUST 2009. I FINALLY WENT ON MY INTERVIEW IT WAS SUCCESSFUL THE INTERVIEWING OFFICER TOLD ME I WOULD BE GETTING MY GREEN CARD BY THANKS GIVING. HOWEVER THERE WAS ANOTHER SHOCK I GOT ANOTHER NOTICE IN OCTOBER 2009 REQUESTING THAT I GO TO FEDERAL PLAZA ON NOVEMBER 6, 2009 FOR ANOTHER INTERVIEW. MY HUSBAND AND I WAS SO DEPRESSED. WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT, WHY WERE WE SENT ON ANOTHER INTERVIEW? WE CALLED UP JILLIAN AGAIN. BEING THE POSITIVE PERSON SHE IS SHE SAID WE SHOULD'NT STRESS OR WORRY WE MUST JUST BE PREPARED WITH OUR DOCUMENTATION AND TO BE QUESTIONED.THE DAY OF THE SECOND INTERVIEW CAME AND WE WENT IN THEY SEPARATED US AND EVERYTHING WENT WELL, AGAIN AS WE WERE TOLD MY THE INTERVIEWING OFFICER AND THAT WE WILL BE HE WOULD HEAR FROM THEM IN COUPLE DAYS.WE DID HERE FROM IMMIGRATION IN COUPLE DAYS THIS TIME IT WAS TO SUBMIT IRS TRANSCRIPTS FOR MY HUSBAND AND WE SUBMITTED THAT WITHIN 2 DAYS.
ON DECEMBER 16 ,2009 I WAS ASKED AGAIN TO DO MY BIOMETRICS , AND IN JANUARY 2010 I FINALLY RECEIVED MY WELCOME LETTER AND A DAY OR TWO LATER I RECIEVED MY PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD 10 YEARS TO BE EXACT.WOW!!..IT HAS BEEN ONE LONG YEAR .I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU VERY MUCH JILLIAN FOR NEVER GIVING UP ON ME AND FOR THOSE WHO NEED ANY ASSISTANCE WITH THEIR APPLICATION NO MATTER HOW CRITICAL YOUR CASE TRUST ME ASSISTANCE ON WHEELS INC IS THE PLACE TO GO YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT IM A LIVING PROOF...ONCE AGAIN THANKS JILLIAN.... AND ALSO MY HUSBAND FILED FOR HIS MOTHER WHO LIVES IN JAMAICA AT THE SAME TIME, AND SHE DID HER INTERVIEW IN DECEMBER 2009 .AND SHE GOT THROUGH ALSO..THANK YOU JILLIAN FOR ALL YOUR HELP. "Jillian was a life saver for my fiance and I. She was able to help us when we desperately needed it. We had a pre-planned trip outside of the US and about 5 weeks prior to our trip we realized that my fiance's passport had expired. We went to Jillian and filled out the renewal form and left everything in her hands. then 3 weeks later there was a death in the family and we needed to travel to Jamaica.
